Controlled Release Antioxidant System

The SARC system (patented by Loggia Industria Vernici in collaboration with La Sapienza and Pa.L.Mer), releases constantly and in controlled quantities an antioxidant substance of vegetable origin which, unlike other photoactive painting systems, guarantees high protection activity, high durability and chromatic stability of the support.
THE PATENT S.A.R.C GUARANTEES THE PERFECT FUNCTIONING OF THE DEGRADATION OF POLLUTANT SUBSTANCES BY TITANIUM NANOPARTICELLATED BIOSIDE (TiO2) WITHOUT DETERING THE PAINTING.

He collaborated with the Science and Technology Park of Southern Lazio (Palmer) and the Sapienza University of Rome in the Co.Research project; published in collaboration with Prof. Luigi Campanella , for the 1st International Congress of Sustainable Chemistry (Green Pla- net Chemistry), the work entitled "Stabilization of Photocatalytic Paintings";
Author of the international patent SARC (controlled release antioxidant system).
Author of the international patent Mouldable Plastic Coating in cGMP Compliance).
He studied at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine of the University "Sapienza" of Rome.
He is currently technical consultant for the Research & Development projects of Loggia Industria Vernici and senior analytical chemist for Chemi SpA of the Italfarmaco SpA group.
Member of OPT, Joint Territorial Body of Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti and Viterbo for the prevention of health and safety at work;
He has collaborated in the past with several public and private research institutions, among them:
Merck Italia SpA, Svar SpA, Agemina Biochimica SpA, dealing mainly with pharmaceutical technology, analytical chemistry and research projects.
He was a member of Working Group 4 of the Ministry of Public Works, for Road Signs and Signalling, and collaborated with Rohm And Haas and the Experimental Centre of Autostrade SpA to develop the first water-based systems for the Italian market.
