Terms of sale

By purchasing Umana or products related to the Umana system on umanaloggia.it the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and to confirmation of acceptance once payment has been confirmed. If the order is accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation email specifying delivery times. When placing an order, the customer guarantees that all details provided are true and accurate and that they are authorised to use the credit or debit card used to place the order. Prices shown include VAT.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05 and the rules regarding electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments). 

2. SHIPPING

Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on the delivery zones. Shipping costs are always free.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Returns are not accepted, as these are customised products: returns or refunds due to a change of mind about the purchase or the customisation requested are not possible, since the right of withdrawal is legitimately excluded for customised items (also pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Italian Consumer Code), such as the products sold through the SiteUmana is produced specifically to the user's request, in terms of quantity and colour, and therefore cannot be returned.

4. TRANSPORT OF GOODS

Goods travel at the Customer's risk. The Site is not liable for damage, shortages or delays caused by the Carrier. If there is any discrepancy between the Site's documents and the goods delivered, the Customer must add a written reservation on the Carrier's document upon collection. No complaints will be accepted without a written reservation on the carrier's document.
