In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt, without having to specify a reason and without penalty.
To be able to return the product, you must contact the customer service info@lacommercialecolori.it informing them of your change of mind.
Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent a confirmation of authorisation of the return and the procedure.
Once you have received confirmation of authorisation to return the product, you can proceed with shipping the product you wish to return to the address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you can choose your preferred carrier.
Once the manufacturer confirms the conformity of the returned product (undamaged product), the full amount of the order will be refunded within 14 days. If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please note that products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned.
If the product is delivered damaged and visible from the outside, do not accept the goods from the courier and then notify our customer service. If the product is damaged when the package is opened, it must be documented with photos and sent to info@lacommercialecolori.it requesting intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to send a whole new delivery or to supplement the damaged products only.
REFUNDS
How will I get my money back?
The refund shall be made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed using the payment on delivery method, the customer's bank details will be requested in order to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.
The shop operates in the provinces of Venice and Treviso and all transactions, including those in foreign currency, are converted into Euro following payment.
When will the refund be made?
The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information necessary to assess the customer's request.
Please note: if you paid by credit card, refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement. The refund will be displayed with the description "Refund order #............ of ............ Authorisation code ............"
