Umana is a washable paint with photocatalytic and depolluting properties. It activates a 100% natural process of degradation of microorganisms and pollutants, moreover is formaldehyde-free and because of its unique qualities it breaks down formaldehyde. It is applied like a normal paint on any type of surface.

Shipping policies

Commerciale Colori ships to the province of Venice and Treviso with DHL. DHL does not deliver to a P.O. box. Your order can be sent to an address you select (home, work, etc - not a PO Box). We usually ship within 24 hours for most items and in about 72 hours for specific items. Shipping times are clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Shipping times are usually 2-3 working days.

Refund policies

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt, without having to specify a reason and without penalty.


To be able to return the product, you must contact the customer service info@lacommercialecolori.it informing them of your change of mind.

Before proceeding with the return of the product, you will be sent a confirmation of authorisation of the return and the procedure.

Once you have received confirmation of authorisation to return the product, you can proceed with shipping the product you wish to return to the address:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and you can choose your preferred carrier.


Once the manufacturer confirms the conformity of the returned product (undamaged product), the full amount of the order will be refunded within 14 days. If the product is not intact, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Please note that products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly cannot be returned.


If the product is delivered damaged and visible from the outside, do not accept the goods from the courier and then notify our customer service. If the product is damaged when the package is opened, it must be documented with photos and sent to info@lacommercialecolori.it requesting intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to send a whole new delivery or to supplement the damaged products only.




REFUNDS


How will I get my money back?


The refund shall be made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed using the payment on delivery method, the customer's bank details will be requested in order to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.

The shop operates in the provinces of Venice and Treviso and all transactions, including those in foreign currency, are converted into Euro following payment.



When will the refund be made?


The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information necessary to assess the customer's request.

Please note: if you paid by credit card, refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement. The refund will be displayed with the description "Refund order #............ of ............ Authorisation code ............"

Return/Exchange policy


If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method.

Please take note of the following conditions of our return and exchange policy:


Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging.

Items must be returned in their entirety, complete with all parts.

Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.

Returned items, which at the time of receipt by the purchaser are in working order and do not have any defects that affect their functionality, may be returned and/or exchanged, with shipping costs borne by the purchaser.

Returned items, which at the time of receipt by the purchaser have defects that affect their functionality, may be returned and/or exchanged, with shipping costs borne by the seller, except for any costs incurred at the time of purchase, which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items, even if in working order, for which you have benefited from free shipping due to reaching the minimum shopping cart, can be returned and/or exchanged with shipping costs paid by the seller.

If the minimum basket consists of several items, and the return concerns only one of the (functioning) items in the basket, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for the costs of receiving the changed item, which will be borne by the seller.

Once we have received the item to be exchanged and/or returned, we will check the status of the item and compliance with this return/exchange policy, and will proceed in accordance with it, within 15 days of receipt of the item.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser in the cases provided for in this return policy.
